We only collect the minimal data necessary to operate the application:

Display name (self-entered by you).

Date of birth (for age verification purposes only).

Content you post in private groups (posts, images, podcasts, documents, etc.).

1.2. Automatically Collected Data
When you use the application, certain technical data may be collected:

Device, operating system version.

Access logs to ensure operation and error handling.

We do not collect the content of private messages, as the application does not have a chat feature.

2. Purposes of Data Use
We use the data for the following purposes:

Operating the application's features.

Managing private groups and user access rights.

Displaying content relevant to the groups you join.

Providing notifications when new content is available.

Protecting the rights and content of group creators.

Improving the application's performance and stability.

The date of birth is collected solely to verify a user’s age eligibility and to enforce the application’s minimum age requirement of 16 years old.

The application is intended only for users aged 16 and above. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to register or use the service, and no personal data from underage users is retained.

The date of birth is not used for profiling, advertising, or personalization purposes, and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

3. Content Protection and Recording/Screenshot Restrictions
Mayogu integrates warnings and layers of screen recording/screenshot restrictions to:

Reduce the risk of unauthorized content copying.

Enhance privacy for creators and group members.

Note: These measures cannot provide absolute prevention, as they depend on the device and operating system. Users remain individually responsible for their conduct.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties, except:

As required by law.

For technical processing (servers, cloud infrastructure) necessary for the application to function.

All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Storage & Retention Period
Data is stored on secured servers.

We retain data until you request account deletion or when the account is inactive for an extended period according to internal policy.

6. User Rights
You have the right to:

Access and view your personal data.

Edit your display information.

Delete content you have posted.

Submit a request to delete your account and all associated data.

7. Account & Data Deletion

Processing Procedure:

We will confirm the request via your registered email.

The account and all data will be deleted within 30 days.

Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

8. Data Security
We implement the following measures:

Transmission encryption.

Limiting server access.

Monitoring and logging abnormal behavior.

However, no system is completely secure—you must also protect your own account (use a strong password, do not share it with others).

9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy based on technical or legal needs. Any changes will be announced within the application or via email.
