These community guidelines are established to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all MAYogu users. They apply globally, without limitation by geography, language, or time, and to all types of content, including content generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal and/or account suspension or termination.

1. RESPECT AND CIVILITY
- No harassment, bullying, or threats: Users are strictly prohibited from posting content, comments, or using group names or profile information to harass, threaten, intimidate, or insult any individual or group.
- No disclosure of personal information: Users must not share another person’s personally identifiable information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or private email addresses) without their explicit consent.
- No unauthorized collection of user data: Any act of collecting, extracting, or using MAYogu user data without clear and lawful consent, or in violation of MAYogu’s Privacy Policy, is strictly prohibited.

2. HATE SPEECH AND DISCRIMINATION
- Prohibition of hate speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, health status, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
- No promotion of hate organizations: Users may not use the platform to promote, organize, or participate in activities associated with hate-based organizations or extremist groups.

3. ADULT AND SEXUAL CONTENT
- Absolute prohibition of public pornography: Posting, sharing, or distributing pornographic content, explicit nudity, or clearly depicted sexual acts is strictly prohibited.
- Sensitive image guidelines: Content that is suggestive or sensitive in nature must comply with appropriate coverage standards and must not display genitalia or explicit sexual acts. Such content may be subject to age restrictions or mandatory content warnings.
- Prohibition of sexual violence: Any content depicting or promoting sexually violent behavior, including rape, sexual coercion, sadism, or non-consensual sexual acts, is strictly prohibited.

4. VIOLENT AND HARMFUL CONTENT
- No real-world violence: Sharing images or videos depicting real-world violence, killing, self-harm (including suicide or self-injury), animal abuse, or other dangerous acts is strictly prohibited.
- No threats of violence: Threats of serious physical harm to individuals or damage to public or private property are not permitted.
- Restrictions on graphic or disturbing content: Graphic, gory, or disturbing content must be clearly labeled with appropriate warnings and is prohibited if it exceeds acceptable safety thresholds.

5. CHILD SAFETY
MAYogu enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Sexual content involving minors or portraying minors in a sexualized manner.
- Sharing, storing, searching for, or encouraging access to child sexual abuse material.
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate sexual interaction with minors.
- Deepfake or AI-generated depictions of minors in sexual contexts.
Any CSAE-related content identified will be reported immediately to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. INFORMATION SECURITY, SPAM, AND COPYRIGHT
- No misinformation or fraud: Users must not post content intended to deceive, scam, distribute malware, cause harm to health, safety, or the community, or impersonate individuals or organizations.
- No spam or excessive marketing: Mass posting, repetitive advertising, or other forms of unsolicited or disruptive promotional content are prohibited.
- No malware distribution: Posting, sharing, or linking to content containing viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful software intended to damage systems, unlawfully collect information, or negatively affect users or the MAYogu platform is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for copyright and intellectual property: Users may not post, share, or distribute content (including images, videos, music, or text) for which they do not hold the copyright or legal right to use. MAYogu complies with takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
