This policy outlines how MAYogu moderates content within its closed-group, non-chat environment.
1. RESPONSIBILITY AND SCOPE
User content responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and compliance with the Community Guidelines of all content they create, share, or post on MAYogu, including but not limited to posts, images, and comments. MAYogu acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not endorse or verify any user-generated content.
Scope of moderation: Content moderation applies to all posts, comments, and profile information or group names created on MAYogu.
2. MODERATION METHODS PRIMARILY BASED ON USER REPORTS
Given the nature of the platform (primarily closed groups), MAYogu’s moderation framework operates on the following core pillars:
- Reporting mechanism: MAYogu provides an easily accessible reporting tool for all posts and comments within groups. User reports serve as the primary source for the moderation team to identify and address policy violations.
- Automated moderation (AI/ML): The system uses automated algorithms to scan newly published content (based on keyword detection and hash databases) to prioritize the identification of the most serious violations, such as Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and public pornography, before such content is reported by users.
- Human review: Content that is automatically flagged or reported by users will be reviewed manually by MAYogu’s moderation team to make the final determination.
3. REPORTING PROCEDURE
- Highest priority (within 1 hour): Reports related to CSAE, sexual violence, malware distribution, and illegal data collection are addressed immediately.
- Highest priority (within 24 hour): Reports concerning hate speech, violence, prohibited adult content, and copyright infringement.
- Standard priority (within 24 hour): All other reports, including spam and misinformation.
4. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
1. First offense: Removal of the violating content and issuance of a formal warning.
2. Second offense: Temporary account suspension (e.g., seven (7) days) and posting restrictions.
3. Third offense: Permanent account termination.
